
Kimberley Valuers-Opteon is an independently owned and operated business started in January 1998. The business is the first and still the only local valuation and property consultancy firm in the Kimberley region.
The valuation team is led by Director, Steve Incerti, who has in excess of 20 years valuation and consultancy experience. Current personnel includes 3 valuers and 3 administration staff spread over our Head Office in Broome and second office in Kununurra.
The localized nature of the business allows us to have intimate knowledge of factors affecting property values within the region including supply of land, native title/aboriginal heritage issues, industry and economic developments.
Our valuers specialize in the predominant property types within the Kimberley region including:

Our expertise has been recognized within the marketplace by being commissioned as the preferred valuers for large organizations including Landcorp, Department of Housing and Works, Kimberley Land Council, Shire of Broome, Shire of Derby/West Kimberley, Shire of Halls Creek, Shire of Wyndham/East Kimberley and the Port of Broome. In addition Kimberley Valuers-Opteon are Panel Valuers for all major banks including:

Kimberley Valuers-Opteon have been placed on both the residential and commercial panels for all of these clients. The business also caters for a range of smaller bank and non-bank financial institutions as well as private clients.
Kimberley Valuers-Opteon’s consultancy provides a range of services from pre-purchase/pre-sale advice to feasibility studies for developers aiming to maximize the utility and profitability of a property.
Our office is managed by Sharon Brown who has in excess of 20 years experience in administration. Sharon oversees our office systems which are comprised of industry leading technology including:
- Web based valuation management/generation software
- Virtual paperless office with all documents electronically stored
- Networked computer system with high speed broadband, remote capabilities
- Offsite backup/storage of all data
